These terms govern your access to and use of the Gradlinq platform. Please read carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the Gradlinq platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gradlinq Inc. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
To use Gradlinq, you must:
• Be at least 16 years of age • Be a registered student, faculty member, or authorized company representative • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
Gradlinq reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse access to anyone who does not meet these criteria.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all account activity. • Do not disclose your password to third parties. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. • Account sharing is prohibited — credentials are personal. • We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain security. • You are responsible for all content posted under your account.
Gradlinq enables three types of interactions:
• Students: Browse matched projects, accept assignments, submit deliverables, and communicate via platform messaging. • Supervisors: Post academic modules, match students to company projects, oversee execution, grade deliverables, and verify completed work. • Companies: Post project briefs, review matched teams, communicate with supervisors, accept/reject deliverables, and issue Linq-CV verifications.
All users must conduct themselves professionally. Misrepresentation of credentials or fraudulent submissions result in immediate suspension.
You agree not to:
• Post false or misleading information about credentials, companies, or projects • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users • Circumvent the platform to establish direct employment relationships • Access accounts or data of other users without permission • Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising • Reverse engineer or extract source code from the platform • Use automated scrapers or bots to collect platform data • Violate applicable local, national, or international laws
Platform IP: The Service and its content (excluding user-generated content) remain the exclusive property of Gradlinq Inc.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Gradlinq a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and operate that content for Service purposes only.
Linq-CV: Verified credentials are immutable records sharable by the student. Verification data remains stored on Gradlinq's infrastructure.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms.
Upon termination: • Access to the Service ceases immediately • Account data may be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion • Outstanding Linq-CV verifications remain valid and accessible • Outstanding payment obligations remain due
You may request account deletion by emailing support@gradlinq.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be submitted to mediation under the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse rules. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
